Dwayne Terrier, Sales Agent at the Northeast office of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper REALTORS® has earned his nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional certification through the National Association of REALTORS®.

The Association awards the MRP certification to REALTORS® who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing and educate them on making the best use of their veteran benefits. REALTORS® who earn this certification learn how to best serve active duty and retired military buyers and sellers.

The certification provides NAR members with resources to accommodate current and former military service members at any stage of their military career. To earn the MRP certification, REALTORS® must be in good standing with NAR; complete the MRP Certification Core Course; complete a reading providing background information on the military, including acronyms and understanding military culture; and complete two webinars.
