With the low availability of homes, it was difficult to find exactly what we wanted in North San Antonio. Susan worked through this with us; she's a good listener and provided sound advice for working in this unusual housing market. Susan provided us with reports for the areas we were interested in, which helped us to make a reasonable offer for each home. For the home that we purchased, we were able to make the offer late on a Sunday night while on a cruise ship in the Gulf of Mexico, using a wi-fi connection. She was able to talk us through this and it worked out very well; she always seems available to answer our questions any day of the week. We highly recommend Susan; she also found a home for our daughter's family.

Susan is amazing to work with! We are first time home buyers and she was extremely patient with us as it took 2 years before we were able to make our move (relocating from a different state and family loss). She kept in contact with us throughout this time and paid attention to our needs and desires in a home. Susan will do what she can to make the home buying process as simple and painless as possible. We like to say she worked some Realtor magic when she found our house.

I would recommend Susan Brand to anyone looking to buy a home. Susan helped my wife and I buy a home this November of 2016. We bought a home in San Antonio TX. She helped us get a good price and negotiate some of the closing costs. She responds to communication quickly and is very knowledgeable. She has an outgoing personality and cares about her clients. Lastly she has excellent connections to help you along the way from the home inspection to the closing title company that I'll make the process fast and easy. If I could do the process over again I would choose her as my realtor.

We moved to a new state and we found Susan through the USAA referral program. I requested someone that would be good with small kids because we didn't have childcare available during our house hunt. Susan was the perfect fit for our family. She was great with our 3 kids. She was patient, she was willing to stop for snack breaks, potty stops and diaper changes. She even sat in the car sometimes when the kids fell asleep so we could go in houses together. The ONLY reason I rated 4 stars, not 5, on local knowledge was because we ended up moving our house search to another town one and a half hours away so she didn't always have knowledge of the local stuff there but she always tried to get us the information we needed. However, with that huge change of location Susan was accommodating and never complained about long drives and long days of house-hunting. We truly enjoyed working with Susan and she helped walk us through every bit of the process. I am a huge question-asker and she responded to my emails and texts thoroughly and quickly. I highly recommend Susan!

I own my first home now, because of her. My wife and I had received help for down payment assistance through an initiative sponsored by NeighborhoodLIFT and Wells Fargo. Naturally, I was skeptical of any professional's help because I felt that the assistance I would be receiving towards my down payment would mark me down as cheap or uneducated. Susan did not make light of the situation and it was shown through her hard work and help. She really did represent me even as far as giving me insight on important information that I otherwise would have never known. She would always explain to me the documents I would be signing in clear, concise, and simple language. This, to me, is a true sign of a professional; to know your craft so well that you can break it down for another person and have that person take informed decisions and actions because of it. Of course, the biggest proof I can show of Susan's skill is that I am now a homeowner. Everything my wife wanted is in it: a chimney, outdoor patio, corner lot (with plenty of trees), big backyard, French doors, 2-story, and red-brick facade. She was so nice to my wife as well. My wife loved the fact that she could speak her mind with Susan since Spanish is a language that both know well. From every member of my "home buying team", Susan was (and will be, if ever needed again) the most important. Using a home inspection report I had sought, she was able to persuade a price reduction of the home for us. When we were out home shopping (which we did a lot of), Susan was always informing us on what to look for and there were so many "red flags" that I would have missed had it not been for her. Her presence in the final signing made my wife and I feel at ease since we knew that we had someone there that was truly on our side. She was even gracious enough to leave us a housewarming present! She still keeps us in the loop of the housing market and lets us know of any potential homes that we might be interested in. Of course, for now, I am in love with my first home. Still, it is so reassuring to know that Susan is only a message away if want to dive back into the housing market.

Susan Brand spent large portions of her day showing me rental properties and researching properties that fit what I was looking for in a rental. After two weeks of not finding any suitable properties, she asked if I thought of buying a home. The first house she showed me I fell in love with and closed on that home. It fit perfectly what I wanted in my first home. It was a pleasure to work with Susan on finding my home. I would highly recommend Susan to any friends or family. Her attitude and professionalism was top notch and I look forward to working with her again in the future for any future purchases.

Susan was excellent! Susan was our agent when we sold our home, and we received our first offer within 2 days of listing, and we were under contract days later. We also decided to use Susan to purchase our next home, and had the same great service. Susan always took extra time to understand our needs and our situation. Susan was great to work with. I initally contacted her to rent a house and she was so responsive and friendly that I contacted when I decided to buy instead of rent. I used her to purchase my home and then I used her the following month to sell my old home.
