There comes a time when one reflects upon their past 'LIFE'S ACHIEVEMENTS'. Myself, well, I have been most fortunate. I'm told I have entered the 'Golden Years'. What does that mean? To the best of my knowledge it's a time of life at which 'Some Particular Qualification or Power Arises'... Born to a unique Military family, I traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. I can truly say that those meandering 'Gypsy' like years taught me to appreciate the smallest of pleasures. Today, I find myself smiling upon, 'most', everyone I come in contact with. Having raised and nurtured my grown family I find that I now want to share a part of myself with those in my community. I love sharing and listening to the younger generations, as their goals and dreams are so inspirational and diversified! I reach out to my community and assist wherever needed. Last, but not least, I rescue animals, especially exotics, and nurse them back to health so that they, too, can continue to have a quality life. This brings me back to my opening statement, "Some Particular Qualification or Power Arises'... Actually, I never thought of myself as a ‘sales professional', however, when one reviews how many times in your past you have had to research or seek information and then implement that information; I have finally come to an understanding.

There is a sales person in each of us, and can be defined by how we utilize those skills. I am most fortunate to have, once again, discovered an avenue, whereby, I can continue to utilize my skills without compromising my own personal values! I look forward to assisting my community in their endeavor to make ‘TODAY'S' DREAM, ‘TOMORROW'S' REALITY! As a business professional with high-level administrative experience in the IT industry, I learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the resources I had with well-defined objectives and empowerment. A management belief based on integrity, quality, and service, along with a positive attitude, an aptitude for strategic thought and planning, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and situations allows me to achieve consistent and significant successes. 45 Years - Business Administration. Business Administration, Computer Programming, Graphic Arts, Real Estate. Civil Servant with the Dpt. of Defense, Researcher at Florida Institute of Technology, Programmer Trainee for Dpt. of Labor & Industries, 2nd Unit Production - Motion Picture Industry, Contractor for the Dpt. of Defense, Human Resources for an Auto Dealership, Professional Sales Associate with the National and Texas Association of Realtors.

This is an exciting period in history for 'Buyers' and 'Sellers' wanting to transition themselves to a new location, especially within the San Antonio and neighboring communities. Having just emerged from a volatile economic crisis most of us find ourselves taking note as to how each of us can best take advantage of the exciting prospects occurring in our communities, 'TODAY'! With approximately 1,500 people moving into Texas daily, San Antonio and her neighbors are growing at an astounding pace, bringing once again, SERENITY, HOPE, and the REVIVAL of the 'AMERICAN DREAM'. I welcome the opportunity in serving 'YOU', YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

My Service Ratings

10/11/2019 - NATHAN LOIZEAUX

I bought my home from a relative, and our previous relationship made the sale one of the most stressful times of my adult life. Valerie Noia was the glue that held both the sale and my sanity together. My wife concurs. Ms. Noia was extremely knowledgeable about the property ' s value, what needed and didn ' t need fixing, how much we should offer, and how to minimize our costs. If I needed anything, I ' d get a text or a call within minutes. If I had a question, I ' d get both, and always with an offer to call back to have everything explained more fully. The sale was difficult, only because of my relationship with the buyer. It ' s hard to overstate just how patient Ms. Noia was through the whole process - from closing dates changing to last-minute requests threatening to tank the whole sale. Even within 48 hours to closing, the seller requested so many changes that people were afraid to pick up the phone. My experience with buying a home is _not_ normal, by any standard, but Ms. Noia handled everything with a smile and grace. She ' s absolutely capable of handling whatever anyone else may throw at her. Highly recommended.
