Lorna Gentz worked with my family regarding the purchase of a home for our daughter in San Antonio, Texas. She was quick to respond and made arrangements to show a house that had just come on the market. Delaying would have cost us the opportunity to obtain the house. Although the house for sale already had a contract on it, she was quick to point out that we had the option to do a back up contract in case the current buyer backed out. They did and my daughter was able to move forward. Lorna stayed on top of the transaction and the transaction was closed in record time thanks to her keen observations and expertise in negotiating. Her follow thru was amazing. She was always responsive to our needs, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the area even. Will defiantly use her on our next endeavor.
