Our Professional Development Program enables new licensees to build, grow, & sustain a strong business and provide refresher courses for experienced licensees. Our training program provides 30 hours of SAE (CORE) or 9 hours MCE credit.

  • Update-training on changes in the industry such as: new & revised forms, changes in licensing renewal requirements, changes in the Texas Real Estate License Act, and changes in the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics.
  • As an added benefit, our training program will provide you with TREC's 30 hours of core credits for your first renewal ($75.00).
  • Professional training on state-of-the-art techniques to ensure the success of the Sales Associate.
  • Education on new programs and other technology tools to assist licensees in keeping up-to-date and ensuring the most efficient, effective use of time and money.
  • Forms and information sources are available on a Company web site for access and use at any time from any location.
  • Real-time assistance with contract issues and technical issues.
  • Education programs are taught by nationally certified trainers who are also certified by the Texas Real Estate Comission.
  • Coldwell Banker University® courses are used to enhance other educational venues.
  • Professional Development programs lower the risk of legal liability because transactions are handled appropriately.
  • Strong professional development is part of a good risk management program which helps reduce Errors & Omissions costs for the Broker and Sales Associate.
