D’Ann Harper began her real estate career in 1978 in San Antonio, Texas. In 1986, she opened her own company, D’Ann Harper REALTORS. Acquiring the company-owned Coldwell Banker Residential real estate offices in San Antonio, Texas in 1989, the company grew from 18 Sales Associates to 100 Sales Associates over-night.
Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS has attained Coldwell Banker Chairman Circle status every year since 1989. Only the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker companies internationally achieve this prestigious award. She was also honored as the recipient of Coldwell Banker’s “Chandler B. Leesa has over 16 years experience in public education, and brings a wealth of experience to the field of real estate management. Her experience includes being a high school teacher, middle school academic dean and university professor. Ms. Harper Rispoli’s responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance departments as well as the human resource department. Pamela Poitevent is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating activities and resources associated with residential sales production and ancillary real estate services.
Pamela directs the activities of a comprehensive residential sales network to assure that proper support systems are in place to operate at the most efficient, effective and profitable levels and to ensure that the quality and quantity of services provided meets the needs of our real estate consultant sales office along with the expectations of our clients and customers. Through community and professional organizational involvement, Poitevent serves to enhance the company's working relationships with industry related and civic organizations.

Russ Griffith has had over 22 years in the U.S. Air Force as an officer working in Research and Development of weapons and ECM systems, management of engineering, scientific and acquisition officers, and recruiting. Worked in both residential real estate and new home sales prior to entering real estate management and training.
